REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Kristina Beifuss, MDiv, RP

I am a Registered Psychotherapist who is also a licensed teacher in Ontario, bringing together my love of learning and deep respect for the human experience in the work that I do.

I have a passion for helping adolescents and adults, through individual, couples and family therapy, navigate challenges and strengthen relationships. I support clients in gaining clarity, renewing connection, creating meaningful change.

I strive to foster an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. For those wanting to integrate their faith and psychotherapy, I also offer Christian-based counselling.

On a personal note, when I’m not working, I enjoy reading, travelling, and bonding with family and friends over good food. These experiences keep me grounded and continually remind me of the importance of connection.

It would be a privilege to partner with you on your therapy journey!
