Kristina Beifuss, MDiv., RP
From a client-centred approach, I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families to help them cope, and thrive through difficult life issues and circumstances.
I have helped adolescents and adults deal with issues such as: anxiety, couple/family conflict, depression, domestic violence, grief, life transitions, marriage preparation, self-esteem, and stress. Having over 16 years experience as an elementary and high school teacher has given me insight into the particular challenges faced by adolescents, and the ability to help them navigate difficulties.
The therapeutic approaches that primarily inform my practice are: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have a Master's degree in clinical counselling.

Book a FREE Consultation
A 15-minute free consultation is available for potential new clients. A consultation is not counselling. It is an opportunity to meet with a therapist, to ask questions, and generally to get a feel for how you and the therapist would work together before committing to counselling.
Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it.
